Parametric WBS
A well-parameterized WBS anticipates changes — it doesn't absorb them after the fact.
The rule
A WBS node must answer:
- What is delivered?
- At which phase of the cycle?
- Which discipline executes it?
In P6
We encode each WBS level with three attributes. That lets us filter by discipline, by phase or by deliverable without touching the structure.
